Askern Lake

Askern Lake is a popular landmark and leisure destination, enjoyed for its beautiful scenery and wildlife. Facilities and activities include:

• Playing fields
• Boating
• Places to enjoy a sit and a bite to eat including the Lakeside Café and picnic areas around the lake
• Angling (permitted between dawn and dusk), there is no fee to fish but you will need an EA rod licence 
• Short walks.
